You may use this online service if:
You have received a letter regarding a debt for which we are seeking payment.
We have obtained a County Court Judgement (CCJ) for payment of a debt.
If you have received a letter from us seeking payment of a debt before the matter has reached court then it is important that you pay promptly to avoid any further fees being incurred for which you will also be liable. Prompt payment can also avoid court action which can lead to increased costs and damage to your credit rating.
If you have received a judgement from the courts then prompt payment can avoid the debt remaining on the register of County Court Judgements (CCJs). Where payment is not made within 28 days of the judgement being obtained, Gladstones Solicitors will employ the use of bailiffs thereby increasing the debtor's liability. Bailiffs are empowered by the courts to seize goods and assets of debtors in order to satisfy court judgements and recover their enforcement costs.
County Court Judgements can seriously damage your credit rating and ability to obtain finance.
